# Summary

Canonical page: https://carecard.ca/knowledge/care-card-guide/verification
Language: en-CA

As a reviewer, you work the **Verification** page. You find the documents
students submit, read the evidence, and record a decision. Nothing moves on a
student's file until you decide.

A decision is **Approve**, or **Set Status** with a reason: **Reject**,
**On Hold**, or **Conditional Approval**. You set an expiry and type a short
confirmation to save it. When something changes, you reassess and record a new
decision from the same place.
