Summary
What a Campus Admin does in CareCard — set up programs and terms, add admins and coordinators, and review access requests.
As a Campus Admin, you run intake, compliance, and structure for the campuses you administer. You create programs, add terms, bring in the people who run them, and review who gets access.
Everything you see is scoped to the campuses you administer and to the year and term you pick in the top bar. A program or user outside your campuses won't appear in your lists.

What Each Page Covers
Set up your campus
- Managing Your Campus — Create a program and add the terms that make it active for a year and term.
- Adding Admins and Coordinators — Put a Program Coordinator in charge of a program, or add another Campus Admin.
Decide who gets in
- Reviewing Institution Access Requests — Approve, reject, or ask for more on requests to join a program at your campus. Institution Admins and Program Coordinators review these too.
Follow how it's going
- Tags — Label people with tags so you can group and filter them.
- Tracking Progress — The Insights dashboard across your whole campus.
- Messaging — Reach anyone at your campus from inside CareCard.
One thing is not yours: approving or rejecting a submitted document. That decision belongs to CareCard staff. See Understanding Your Role for what that means in practice.
