CareCard GuideVerification

Summary

What a reviewer does on the CareCard Verification page — find submitted documents, read them, and record a decision.

As a reviewer, you work the Verification page. You find the documents students submit, read the evidence, and record a decision. Nothing moves on a student's file until you decide.

A decision is Approve, or Set Status with a reason: Reject, On Hold, or Conditional Approval. You set an expiry and type a short confirmation to save it. When something changes, you reassess and record a new decision from the same place.

What Each Page Covers

Find the work

  • Finding Submissions — The Submissions queue, its Program and Status filters, and how to open one student's review.

Read and decide

  • Reviewing a Submission — The requirement list, the submitted documents, and the file preview.
  • Recording a Decision — Approve or Set Status, the reviewer comment, the expiry, and changing a decision you already made.

Institution Admins, Campus Admins, and Program Coordinators do not see Verification in their side menu. Only reviewers decide on a document.
